Does my phone support eSIM?
Most phones from 2019 onward do, including iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy models. At checkout we check your exact model before you pay.
When does the 30 days start?
They start when you install the eSIM, so install it shortly before you leave.
What happens when my data runs out?
Nothing is charged automatically. You get a notification at 80% and 100%, and you can buy a new bundle whenever you need one.
Can I keep my own number for calls?
Yes. Your regular SIM stays active next to the hyper eSIM, so you stay reachable on your own number. Every bundle also includes calls: 100 minutes to EU numbers on 50 and 720 GB, unlimited calls to EU numbers on 100, 200 and 500 GB, plus 1000 international minutes on 200 and 500 GB.
