1. Who we are

HyperMobile is a trading name of eSIM Tech B.V., Tol 2, 4267 ES Drongelen, the Netherlands ("HyperMobile", "we", "us"). These terms govern every purchase and use of our eSIM products and the my-eSIM portal on hypermobile.eu.

2. The product

We sell prepaid eSIM data bundles: digital SIM profiles delivered by email and in your account, usable in the countries listed on the product page. Bundles are one-time purchases — no subscription, no auto-renewal. Data allowances, validity periods, network partners, voice minutes and activation moments are stated per bundle on the website at the time of purchase.

3. Compatibility — your responsibility

eSIMs require an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. Please verify compatibility before purchasing; incompatibility of your device is not a defect of the product.

4. Delivery and activation

Delivery is digital and typically completes within minutes of payment: you receive an installation QR code and activation code by email and in the My eSIM portal. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, standard bundles start their validity period when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, and Premium bundles start at delivery. Data roaming must be enabled on the device for the eSIM to function.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Our eSIMs are digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium. By completing your purchase you expressly request that we begin delivery immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Article 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU; for consumers in Germany, § 356(5) BGB).

This means that once an eSIM has been delivered and you have installed or activated it, or any data has been used, the service is fully performed and the purchase is final and non-refundable. In particular, we do not refund used or partially-used bundles, a change of mind, bundles that have expired, or purchases that do not work because your device is incompatible or carrier-locked (see section 3).

We refund the price paid only where an eSIM could not be delivered, or is defective because of a fault on our side, and it has not been activated and no data has been used. In those cases we will first try to resolve the issue — for example by re-issuing the eSIM — see section 7.

6. Fair use and prohibited use

Bundles labelled with a fixed allowance (e.g. 50 GB) have no daily caps or speed throttling within that allowance. Bundles labelled unlimited are genuinely unlimited for personal use on the stated network. All bundles are for lawful, personal or business connectivity of the buyer; resale of capacity, machine-to-machine bulk use, spam, or illegal activity may lead to suspension without refund.

7. Support and complaints

Our support is available 24/7 via live chat on the website and via support@hypermobile.eu. If a purchased eSIM cannot be delivered or activated due to a fault on our side, we will first try to fix it (for example by re-issuing the eSIM) and otherwise refund the purchase in accordance with section 5. Refunds are not available for eSIMs that have been activated or used.

8. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store card details. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us.

9. Networks and availability

Connectivity is provided over partner networks. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the local network operator, your device and your location; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages of partner networks beyond our control.

10. Liability

Our total liability per purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit or missed communications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

11. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

12. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
